Could someone please explain why some of the youtube clips play straight away,while some of them take ages to load and play?Thanks.

YouTube videos are audio-visual Flash files, some of which can get huge in file size. If your Internet download rate is too low, or if a lot of people are viewing large files simultaneously (on YouTube), the larger files will take longer to load and play. You only control your own "pipe" to the 'net, based on your ISP and achievable throughput rate.
