Am I the only one who is fed up with comcast's belligerent attitude...they don't even try to be helpful or nice to their customers anymore.
Gotta find a new internet carrier.

I'm really glad for you....around here they say they will be there for a service call and just don't show up., no call no nothing just don't show. Of course they don;t have and cable competition around here. I sure hate to go back to satellite and dsl, but that is better than the service I get around here...and it's not just me, several people I know feel the same. My doctor really hates comcast.

I have had nothing but problems with Comcrap since they took over the local service here about a year ago. Prior to their take-over I had cable for almost 10 years with near zero problems. I have decided that the next time I have problems with them I will be calling hughesnet satellite service. Cost more, but at least I can use it!!
