I've seen this person's posts on the forums many times with several of his customers giving him nothing but positive feed back. Never met him in person, but i believe there are some resonable explanations for the problem you are experiencing, at least keep communication going with this person. Then if all else fails , but as posted earlier, be careful. My 2 cents worth.

I have to agree with Mike on this one because I got a case off of him. He was slow but when i got it the work was perfect and exactly the size i had requested.

I note in another thread he said he'd been having some computer problems and not been able to get online recently. Have you actually spoken with him by phone to follow up? Hope you're not only relying on email and forum posts... I'd hate to think that was the only problem...

Well, as usual, Jerry is way faster than I (and that goes double for pickin) as he beat me to posting here about Bob Dell Cases. I definately second his comments and Bob lives here in the same county as I and know him very well !!! http://www.dellcases.com

In all fairness......the "alleged" guitar case scammer IS NOT John W. Tipka. This gentleman is up front, legitimate and a pleasure to do biz with.

In another topic, Hap has stated that he has received his case and he has apologized publicly for making such a fuss. I'm closing this topic now.
