You can order shorter legs and rods directly from Williams. That way if you ever want to sell it you'll have the standard ones.

Just did mine an hour ago ... hardest part is finding the right scrap rod to knock the threaded fitting out.

I sent mine to Bill at Williams and had him shorten them. Did a real quick turn around - a little over a week including shipping. What a difference! Great service too!
