Big E with Roger Miller

Buddy will correct me if my memory has begun to fail but I remember when I was a video engineer at WRAL-TV channel 5 in Raleigh, NC doing the Mike Douglas show one morning and Roger told Mike: I want you to meet my bass player. They went around a corner and there was Buddy sitting at a Pedal Steel Guitar !! After a brief explanation from Roger, Buddy took the house down with his playing. I don't even remember the song because I had so many goose bumps from people in station calling me wanting to know why I didn't sound like THAT !! Yeah Right !!! I was the staff steel guitarist at the time but I never was and never will be a Buddy Emmons. There can be only one ! As they said in the movie HighLander........
