We (The Tim Gillis Band) will be at the VFW on Washington Ave, in Manville NJ on Sat the 27th of April. Theres a big dance floor and a meal if you're so inclined. They start with dance lessons at about 7:00 pm and we go on at 8:30.
It's casual and we usually play lousy.

My band "The Legends" will be at the Warrick Moose Lodge in Newport News, Virgina from 8-12 PM. This is a great place! Huge dance floor, good pay, friendly patrons and last but not least a great bandstand. It's large and has a door right on the back wall of the bandstand which opens onto a loading dock you can back up to. I only have to carry my stuff about 12 feet from the back of the van without tripping over any tables or chairs.

Session, 3pm - midnight. 1 country-ish, 2 kindof art-noir, the rest, metal and grunge. Super Pro -> overdrivers -> TC G-Force and Ultra Harmonizer. I just got home.

Hey Ron,
I tried to email you at the address in your post but it couldn't be delivered. I played steel in the other band on the cruise to Puerto Rico and there abouts in Nov. 2000.

Well, this weekend finds me playing with a country rock band, Deadwood, at The Monkey Trap, a bar in Mukilteo, WA (just north of Seattle). It's all original material, and with some players much younger than I (I have sets of strings older than some of these guys!)

I get to play my Sneaky Pete-tuning Fender 800, plus a leslie speaker for Rusty Young faux-orgain licks, plus some banjo and electric mando, too. Fun gig.

Check out some audio at this web site:
