Glenn, I've just been reading on this one, but I have to echo the thought of most. <u> You</u> must make the decision on how "low 'ya wanna go" just to play.

My 2cents?

If no one wants to make accomodations for you, then pass. Hold out if you can...there'll be better gigs, sooner or later. And, since you're not working in some dive, you'll be able to take them.

Get some lumber and some thin carpeting and make yourself a small riser. Image
