The biggest problem with a broken changer finger pin is.
If your guitar has a removable split tuning stop screw bar, On back of changer. May give you access to the string pin area to drill another hole.
On some changers, By loosening strings to ZERO tension, Unhook lower return springs. It may be possible to use a rod, The size of changer shaft, To hold all the fingers in line, And remove the broken pin finger. Repair the pin, Then reinstall the finger.
If this does not work on your guitar. The changer will have to be "Removed", To access the problem finger with broken string pin.
A good repair welder may be able to weld a washer with hole size of pin, To the broken pin, And remove the piece of broken pin.
Or drill a new hole lower than broken pin on the finger and install a new pin.
Good Luck in this project, Happy Steelin.
