We don't realize what saints our moms were when we began playing..When I was learning to play fiddle in 1953 (yes 1953) I remember mom always having a smile on her face and always saying "that sounds great Sweetie,getting better every day" God, if I could hear that one more time...

We just don't get any respect anywhere do we??
Well...it is a small comfort to know thoughts of Rodney Dangerfield live on through our instrument. The next time a lead guitar player plays "weedly, weedly, wee", over a steel break I'll have something to laugh about before I do something I'll regret. :lol
