Yes, sorry I was speaking about VUZE...don't have a clue what VUSE is.
In any case if you don't use it you can probably un install it in Control Panel | Add or Remove software.

Apparently they call it the "Vuze.com Bar."
Vuze is not a bad program, and I have used it as bittorrent client in the past but there are certainly leaner ones out there and I can't see how a browser toolbar would be useful.
If you have not already followed Wiz's advice regarding a MalwareBytes scan, do that as well. It will knock out most of the bad browser add-ons.
This is all worth doing even if you continue to use Firefox. Now if you didn't bring in your IE bookmarks when you installed Firefox and want them there, follow the instructions here:
